WTECH LUBE BARS Lubrication bar for tires and support pads
In the industry, High retainer pressure and support pad wear is a common maintenance problem, which can be detrimental to the mechanical stability of Rotary Dryer/Kiln. The source of this condition is axial friction between the bore and the support pads. This friction occurs when the plane of the is not perpendicular to the shell axis, a common occurrence on all types of rotary equipment. The non- obvious and the most damaging consequence of the axial force components between the refractory Liner and the shell is wear of the support pads. Pressures on the stop blocks is caused by the interaction between the bore and the support pads so the stop bar loading is always accompanied by wear of the support pads. Which leads to High clearance and creep, High shell ovality, and Ultimately refractory failures. Use of WTECH LUBE BAR will minimise friction on across the support pads in turn minimizing retainer pressure and the risk of support pad and refractory failure. Wear of the support pads and bore is also reduced by using WTECH LUBE BAR.
In many cases retainer pressure is so high that further steps are required to correct this condition. This may require shimming of the trunnion bearings and/or resurfacing of the re(s) and rollers to correct roller slope discrepancies.
WTECH LUBE BAR consists of high viscosity index thickeners with solid graphite and copper film-forming components.
WTECH LUBE BAR provide an adhesive, high solids film to assure maximum protection from excessive wear, cold welding and galling in an easy to apply form compared to other products used for this application, the solids content and lubricant properties are superior, decreasing the amount of our product required for each application.
Application
WTECH LUBE BAR is specifically designed for application on the Retainers, Riding Rings, and Support Pads of Horizontal Calciners, Rotary Kilns, and Rotary Dryers.
WTECH LUBE BARS can be easily inserted between the filler bars where it melts and releases the solid lubricants. The product’s high solids content fills the surface imperfections resulting into a smoother bore surface, lower friction and less wear. The improved lubrication between filler bars and riding rings results in less friction and wear minimizes re retainer pressure and extends eventual shell and refractory failure due to support pad wear (or high creep).

WS SPRAY – 50m
Moly Based Spray
A complex of Moly and other solids forms a lubricating compound. It is further fortified with highly effective oxidation and corrosion inhibitors to combat environmental severities. It forms a protective film on the metal surfaces which ensures trouble-free protection against seizure, corrosion pitting, and galling of metal surfaces. It is a lubricant with unusual anticize quality and rust-preventive properties. It is ideal for preventing seizures under rusting and corrosion environments.

Threaded connections, Nuts and Bolts of Steam / Gas / Chemical pipelines, Assembly compound for Cylinder heads, Press its, Slipper pads, Propeller shafts. Suitable for the press-fit operation of all types of machines, running-in lubricant for new machines, etc. As a lubricant for slow speed heavily loaded Swivel and Journal bearings, Large gears, and Rotary kilns.

Method Of Application:
Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, degreased, and dry. (Use WS SPRAY – 18 i f necessary for cleaning and degreasing). Shake the container of SPRAY – 50 m thoroughly (approx. 2 minutes) and repeat often during application. Spray at a distance of 15 – 20 cm such that a thin uniform film is obtained. After use invert the can and clear the nozzle by pressing the actuator for a period of 30 seconds.
